About Three Springs And Our Unique Durango Colorado Homes
A Sense Of Place

Southwest Colorado’s first traditional neighborhood development is located east of Historic Downtown Durango at the corner of US Highway 160 and Three Springs Boulevard.
Anchored by Mercy Regional Medical Center and the connected Medical Office Building, Three Springs is already bustling with activity. The first residents have moved in, the first three commercial buildings are over 70% occupied, people are using the trail system daily, and Three Springs Plaza is ready for a great summer of events.
Three Springs is comprised of five neighborhoods nestled in a beautiful 620+ acre valley over half of which is dedicated to open space, parks, schools and recreational use. Trail systems tie in to the locally famous Telegraph Trail System and will eventually lead to the SMART 160 Trail which will link Durango’s river trail to Bayfield.
Three Springs is served by the City of Durango public transportation system (The “T"). The entire project is being built according to a master sustainability plan which includes green building practices, neighborhood interaction and education, intelligent land stewardship and more — all assuring that generations will enjoy and be proud of calling Three Springs “home.”
