Timberline Builders
Timberline Builders has been working with Three Springs for several years and built the signature hillside row homes that are located on Buena Vida Avenue in the Tierra Verde Neighborhood. Timberline's partners, Emil Wanatka and Jerry Pope met in 1992 where they were each volunteering with the Adaptive Sports Association, an organization that teaches people with physical and mental disabilities to ski. Conversations on the ski hill led to the realization that they were not only both in the business of building homes, but shared many of the same values and philosophies about construction, and life in general.
