Three Springs is proud to have the area’s premier home builders in Colorado creating the homes at Three Springs.

Tierra Group

The homes, as well as the construction of the initial commercial buildings, are managed and accomplished by Tierra Group, LLC. Tierra Commercial, LLC managed the construction of the Mercado District’s three buildings located at 65, 125 and 175 Mercado Street. Tierra Vision Homes, LLC is building the first residential neighborhoods of Three Springs including the Tierra Verde Neighborhood.

Timberline Builders

Timberline Builders has joined the Tierra Group in building the residential opportunities at Three Springs. Tierra Verde Hillside Row Homes are now under construction by Timberline and consist of nine residences in traditional row home fashion.
