PARADE OF HOMES
The Information Center at Three Springs will hold a Commercial Property Open House on the Durango, CO Parade of Homes Tour of 2008- September 13-14 and 20-21 from 9am-4pm. Refreshments will be available in the Information Center, Tierra Realty will showcase their Model Home on Clear Springs Ave. and Alpine Bank, with special guests- Habitat for Humanity, will be open in the neighborhood with refreshments as well. Join Us!

FALL BLAZE PACKET PICK UP PARTY
The 3rd Annual Fall Blaze begins at Three Springs Information Center. Join us for the Fall Blaze Packet Pick Up Party- 3pm-7pm, Friday, September 26th. Enjoy live music, great food and more. Bring your bike and take a low key tour of the Three Springs Neighborhood, or for the more adventurous spirit- ride the ever expanding trail system of Horse Gulch- right in the backyard of Three Springs.
