Digs Market Café Open for Lunch and Dinner!

Three Springs is pleased to introduce our newest Mercado District business!  Digs Market Café opened on April 15th, 2009 for lunch and dinner! The soft openings Digs held the week before are still being raved about. The food fantastic. The atmosphere comfortable and fun. “It’s going to be everyone’s favorite Durango restaurant,” said one party goer. “The food is unbelievable!”  Dig into fresh food made from quality ingredients with attention paid to environmental stewardship.
