Both Alpine Bank (located at 175 Mercado Street) and Progressive Insurance Claims (located at 65 Mercado Street) have moved in and are up and running in the Mercado District. One really popular feature of Alpine Bank has been the new ATM on Mercado. It’s the only ATM east of town- it’s a great convenience for folks who live between Durango and Bayfield or Ignacio.
