The Spur Line Neighborhood, named for the railroad track diversion that was on this land years ago, is a horse shoe-shaped neighborhood surrounded by parks, open space and trails and is located directly across from the area of Three Springs dedicated to the City Park and Elementary and Middle Schools.

Easy access from Wilson Gulch Drive, connection to Village Two through Bocea Parkway, and its location across from the schools and city park facilities make the Spur Line neighborhood a great choice for active families with children. Spur Line Neighborhood is not currently under construction.
