The Heart of Three Springs
All great places have a certain quality, a certain center, one thing you can point to that all others wrap around. The center of Three Springs is the Mercado District. “Mercado” in the Spanish language means “market.” And the market is where people go — not just to shop, but to visit, to meet people, to interact with neighbors, friends and family — to belong. The Mercado District, and in particular Mercado Street, is alive with activity. Three buildings are now complete - 65, 125 and 175 Mercado Street - and the second floors of these buildings are alive with activity, occupied by area businesses. Leasing efforts for the street-level spaces are moving along and we welcome Professional Computer Solutions, Digs Market & Cafe, Progressive Insurance, Anytime Fitness and Alpine Bank as neighbors to the Three Springs Information Center. Also complete is Three Springs Plaza which is host to midday concerts, evening events, outdoor movies and more.
