Three buildings are now complete - 65, 125 and 175 Mercado Street — and both the street level and the second floors of these buildings are alive with activity — street level businesses include Dr. Rothchild, American HomePatient, Envirotech, Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, Digs Restaurant & Bar, Progressive Insurance, Anytime Fitness, Alpine Bank and State Farm Claims Office as neighbors to the Three Springs Information Center.
