Three Springs Village One is comprised of five Durango neighborhoods networked into each other through trail systems, shared parks and open space.

The Mercado District is the business and retail center of Village One. Not only does the Mercado District provide shops, work environments, restaurants and social venues, it also provides residential opportunities as well.
