Durango Neighborhoods - The Neighborhoods of Village One

Three Springs Village One is comprised of five Durango neighborhoods networked into each other through trail systems, shared parks and open space.

The Mercado District is the business and retail center of Village One, and is already bustling with activity. The second floor offices of the three Mercado Street buildings are occupied by area businesses and the Three Springs Information Center is open Monday through Saturday. Not only does the Mercado District provide shops, work environments, restaurants and social venues, it also provides residential opportunities as well.
