Durango Public Schools

District 9R has both an elementary school and middle school planned for Three Springs.  Currently, students in grades k-5 would attend Florida Mesa Elementary — a great public school just a couple of miles east of Three Springs. Students in grades 6-8 would attend Escalante Middle School — a state of the art public school located near WalMart on the way to downtown Durango.

Private Schools
For a more exclusive primary education, Durango residents have the options of attending Colorado Timberline Academy, Columbine Christian School, or St. Columba School.
