The Mercado District Has It All

While the Mercado District grows and the street level retail space is open for business, Three Springs gets closer to announcing a new food service/ restaurant tenant. MRMC and the adjoining Medical Office Building combine to form the hub of medical care for our region. Dr. Rothchild, American HomePatient, Envirotech, Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, Digs Restaurant & Bar, Progressive Insurance, Anytime Fitness, Alpine Bank and State Farm Claims Office, all located on Mercado Street, are answering to convenience needs.  And the new Police Station and Fire Station provide services to Three Springs and beyond.

Construction Begins On Extended Care and Physical Rehabilitation Center

Situated next to the new Confluence Park, construction is underway on the new Cottonwood Inn - a unique Physical Rehabilitation and Extended Care Center that will assist patients by providing skilled nursing and physical rehabilitation services on an inpatient basis. This 40 room facility is a welcome addition to Three Springs and a perfect fit to our growing medical campus and related services.
