Rental Information

• Our rental units come in a wide variety of sizes and types.  We have 2BR, 1200 & 1300 SF, 3-level row homes; 2BR, 1400 SF corner town homes, 3BR, 1800 SF corner town homes, and single family homes that range in size from 1500-1700 SF, all of which are two levels.
• Prices range from $1250-$1800. 
• All units have garages.
• We require 1-year leases.
• Sorry, but smokers and dogs are not allowed in our rentals.
